CHALLENGES ARE: NOT MEETING ALL THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSIONS
Please note the following checks need to be done when linking a learning programme to a learner on Indicium – No 1. – Training Provider not submitting of learner agreements to the regional office for approval; No 2. – Training Provider not submitting learner agreements within 21 days of learners added on system – Indicium; No 3. – Training Provider not completing all three (3) sheets of the ETQA spreadsheet; No 4. – Training Provider not filling-in all field listed when loading learners on system – Indicium; No 5. – Training Provider not submitting the ETQA spreadsheet; No 6. – Training Provider not specifying the correct W&RSETA programme code and title approved scope for on learnership/SP/US agreements. Programme title and code should correspond with Indicium; No 7. – Training Provider submitting incorrect agreements, leading to incorrect registration of learners on Indicium, 3 months later learners enrolled in incorrect programme (this can also be prevented if providers submit ETQA spreadsheet); No 8. – Training Provider training learners before submitting Service Level Agreements, Roll-Out Plans and having been given a go ahead by the Regional Manager; No 9. – Training Provider using lower cases and/or wrong spelling when adding learners on Indicium; No 10. – Training Provider not updating system by loading credits at regular intervals when supposed to; No 11. – Training Provider not updating Regional QA of programmes finished with other SETA ETQA to close the programmes; No 12. – Training Provider not submitting reports and updating W&RSETA QA of challenges until matters get out of hand.
