Transport The journeys to and from Whitemead will be with North Birmingham Travel

FOOD Children and staff are incredibly well provided for and children do not go hungry. There is always a choice and the centre has been informed of all dietary requirements and food allergies. Vegetarian and Halal requirements are catered for.

MEDICINES If your child takes any form of medication, the correct forms must be completed for each medicine they take (each one on a different form) These will be handed out this evening and will need completing and returning as soon as possible.

CONSENT FORMS The parental consent forms must be completed and returned to school. Without these, the children can not go.

In2Action Photography In2action may be taking photographs and film on location you will be visiting in 2018. These will potentially be used on our website, social media platforms, brochure and promotional material, and to show our trainees the wonderful activities and facilities we offer. We need your permission as a school to photograph your children enjoying these activities, so please sign below if you agree that we may use such photography for promotional and marketing use. If for whatever reason the school or individual children do not wish to be photographed, please let us know and we will make sure you are not featured. In2action never tag any individual children in photos, or use any names and we don’t post on any social media platforms until the school has left the site at the end of the trip.

PACKING You have already been given a kit list
We have requested roll-on deodorant because we have some children who are asthmatic Children have to be able to carry their own bags – so don’t over pack.
