1 A GnRH agonist and exogenous hormone stimulation protocol has a higher live-birth rate than a natural endogenous hormone protocol for frozen-thawed blastocyst-stage embryo transfer cycles: an analysis of 1391 cycles  Micah J. 2 Figure 1 Comparison of live-birth rates between the synthetic and natural cryopreserved-thawed blastocyst-stage ET cycles. The top graph represents all patients who underwent an ET (excludes cycle cancellations). The bottom graph represents all cycle starts (including cycle cancellations). Group A (n = 1391) consists of all patients. Group B (n = 211) consists of patients having a single blastocyst-stage ET. Group C (n = 859) consists of patients having two blastocyst-stage embryos transferred. Group D (n = 191) consists of patients having either one or two blastocyst-stage ETs who have additional cryopreserved blastocyst-stage embryos available. ∗Statistically significant (P<.05).
