Buoi river: Thach Thanh, Vinh Loc districts Ma river: Ha Trung, Hoang Hoa, Thieu Hoa, Nga Son districts The total damage estimated is 1,000 billions VND (equivalent to US$ 62,173,588). Thach Thanh and Vinh Loc are most serious and need emergency support

For survival of people Food: 1,993 tons in Thach Thanh, 856 tons in Vinh Loc = 2,849 tons Medicine: first aid pack for every of at lest 23,500 households Blankets and mosquito nets : for 23,500 households For re-starting school Books, Primary TT4,600+ VL 2,900 = 7,500 sets Books, Basic secondary: TT5,447,+VL2,731 = 8,178 sets student kits for children (bag, pen, ruler…): =17,078 sets For re-planting winter crop Seeds: TT+VL for 1,500 ha of corn 300 ha potatoes 4,000kg of vegetable seeds
