• Determine the method or technique of tasks management to use as the foundation of the mobile application.
• Design the architecture for mobile application in order to establish its structure and functioning.
• Develop mobile application according to the design and architecture raised.
• Validate the built prototype considering the design and requirements initially established, in order to verify proper operation.
Due to the requirement to
manage tasks in planning and project implementation, and the benefits provided by technology tools that support this process can vary from one to another, then the design and development of a prototype application for mobile devices is proposed, running on Android operating system and provide support
to this process for make it easier, and also be based on an existing technique or method designed for this management.

Among the three methods of management tasks: Kanban Board, GTD and Grosery List, Kanban Board will be taken, because it has the higher qualified average in the evaluation, which identifies it as the method more suitable for teamwork, time management and perform monitoring and control on the traceability of states of tasks. •

option of prioritizing tasks, making it impossible to set a time order and when performing tasks. •

Conclusions
According to tasks management methods evaluation performed, the appropriate method for implementing this process on small, medium and large enterprises is the Kanban board.
You can tap the potential of an application under web architecture (programming language PHP) and a mobile application (Java programming language) for users to use it as transactional systems in the same database. •
The applications do not have a platform that
allows direct communication between those who perform the tasks and the person in charge, which generates infor-mal reporting of incidents or problems that have to when performing a
task. • • •
The observed applications running on web
environment or on mobile devices, the potential that can provide the two together is not profit. •
With developed software, 70% of the
weaknesses identified in the technological tools nowadays most used in tasks management was covered. •
Do not allow the generation of reports and
quality indicators which prevents monitor and control the flow of tasks performed in the project.
