2. What is CAPP?
CAPP in an online degree evaluation system, which shows your progress toward graduation
Because CAPP evaluation is updated instantly, you can check your final grades, current registrations and any outstanding program requirements
CAPP evaluation is available to you and your advisor through the NLU Portal

3. Track the progress toward your graduation at any time by accessing your degree evaluation online
Review your program requirements and see which requirements were already completed
See what courses and other requirements you still need to complete
Check your In-Progress Courses, Courses Not Used and more

4. Go to www.nl.edu and select NLU Portal to access CAPP

5. Enter User Name, Password and Login5

6. Choose My Services to access your academic information6

7. Follow the NLU Self Service link7

8. Select the Student option listed under Academic Services

9. Then Student Records 9

10. And Degree Evaluation 10

11. Select the current Term from the drop box and Submit your request11

12. Verify your Program information and Generate New Evaluation12

13. Check the Program button, select the current Term and Generate Request13

14. Your evaluation shows the program and the catalog term you are required to fulfill

15. You can also check overall requirements like Program GPA, Minimum Hours, or Final Residency for your degree

16. View the required courses on the left and see how you fulfilled them on the right

17. Check requirements you still need to meet

18. Click on the missing course to see more detailed information

19. After you are done, select Return to Previous to go back to your degree plan

20. In addition, view other information like Program Restricted Subjects or In-Progress Courses listed at the bottom of the page bottom
