4 COMMON TYPES OF EYE INJURY
Common types of eye injuries include: Blows to the eye – such as being hit by a fist, elbow or ball Scratches and abrasions –such tree branches Foreign bodies – such as small pieces of grit, wood or metal getting in the eye Penetrating or cutting injuries – such as cuts from glass or projectiles flung from tools, especially when hammering or using power tools Chemical burns – such as exposure to cleaning products Radiation exposure – such as exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun or sun lamps

8 PRESCRIPTION SAFETY (RX)
Taylor-made safety eyewear for those requiring corrective vision lenses. A range of stylish prescription frames – metal, plastic and polycarbonate Frames designed in Italy In-house manufacturing laboratory Lightweight polycarbonate lenses as standard Transitions and polarised options

9 LENS COATINGS Anti-fog / Anti-scratch
Models with the TECTON coating offer exceptional resistance to fogging as well as excellent scratch and abrasion resistance (K and N). This coating is applied to both sides of the lens and features on the majority of the Riley range as standard.

10 LENS COATINGS Anti-fog / Anti-scratch PLUS UV400 Protection
Lenses coated with the TECTON 400 coating will eliminate harmful UV rays passing through the eyewear from the sun. This high performance coating still contains the anti-fogging and anti-scratch properties of TECTON which is applied to both sides of the lens.

11 LENS COATINGS Moisture Repellent
The moisture-repellent ARIDA coating stops water droplets from sticking to the lenses. The miniscule angle of the coating allows water to escape the surface of the lens in an extremely efficient way and thus prevents rainwater from obscuring the line of vision.

12 BLUE LENS TECHNOLOGY Blue light is the most difficult for the eye to attenuate The blue lens acts as a filter - up to 40% Reducing eye fatigue Other darker lenses will screen out more but not suitable if indoor Increases clarity in low lit areas Amber lens will not take away the blue light
