1. Manage waitlists

See overview of all waitlists under account
1. Click on Dashboard icon in the side-navigation. 2. Scroll to “Manage all waitlists” section 3. See overview of all current waitlists and how many customers are currently waiting and being served

Add new waitlist to account
1. Click on Dashboard icon in the side-navigation. 2. Scroll to “Manage all waitlists” section 3. Click on “+ Add waitlist” 4. Select which other waitlist you want to copy settings from

Delete waitlist 1. Click on Dashboard icon in the side-navigation.
2. Scroll to “Manage all waitlists” section 3. Click on three dots next to a waitlist to open menu 4. Click “Delete” to remove

Find your public waitlist and Check-in links
1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation. 2. Find the URL links under “View Waitlist” and “Sign up to Waitlist” 3. You can disable these with the checkbox below each link.

Add messages to your public pages
1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation. 2. Click on “Styling” in the Settings navigation 3. Scroll down to “Check-in Text” to edit messages under your check-in and “Waitlist text” for your public waitlist.

Change your labels and texts under public pages
1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation. 2. Click on “Styling” in the Settings navigation 3. Scroll down to bottom and click “Localization options” 4. Edit all your different labels and texts on your public pages

Find your public waitlist and Check-in links
1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation. 2. Find the URL links under “View Waitlist” and “Sign up to Waitlist” 3. You can disable these with the checkbox below each link.

Edit what info about your customers to capture in waitlist
1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation. 2. Click on “Waitlist” in the Settings navigation 3. Scroll to “Customer info” section and toggle which info to be captured ( , phone, services etc.) 4. Check if an info field is optional or required

Turn on and off your SMS texts
1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation. 2. Click on “SMS” in the Settings navigation 3. Click on the On / Off toggle next to each SMS to enable or disable it.

Edit your SMS texts 1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation.
2. Click on “SMS” in the Settings navigation 3. Edit each SMS in the Update sms text area. 4. SMS can be personalized with placeholder variables (e.g. customer’s name or expected wait time). Click on the blue placeholders beneath the textarea to insert them!

Invite new team member 1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation. 2. Click on “Team” in the Settings navigation 3. Click on “+ Add Member” in the top right corner 4. Enter name and 5. Check the “Admin” checkbox if they should have administrative privileges

Remove team member 1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation.
2. Click on “Team” in the Settings navigation 3. Click on a team member in the list 4. Click on the trash icon to the right

Set working hours for team member
1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation. 2. Click on “Team” in the Settings navigation 3. Click on a team member in the list 4. Click on the Working hours tab 5. Click set Working hours button to edit them

Learn about your waitlist analytics
1. Click on Analytics icon in the side-navigation. 2. Select the time frame you want to view in the drop-down. 3. See the charts and reports for the time frame

See your top customers 1. Click on Customers icon in the side-navigation. 2. Click on Visits column to order customers by number of visits 3. See the most frequent visitor at the top

Export your customers to Excel
1. Click on Customers icon in the side-navigation. 2. Click on Export to export your customer list into an Excel. 3. You can also import your customer list into Waitwhile

Restore customer to waitlist
If a customer was e.g. accidentally removed 1. Click on Customers icon in the side-navigation. 2. Click on the Restore to Waitlist button to the right of the customer you want to restore 3. Customer will now be restored to waitlist with their original wait time

Generate API key 1. Click on Settings icon in the side-navigation.
2. Click on “Integrations” in the Settings navigation 3. Click on “+ Create API key” 4. Copy the new key 5. Use the API per documentation on api.waitwhile.com/docs
