Treaty of Velasco May 14, 1836 Public Treaty Ended the war
MX army had to withdraw troops south of the Rio Grande. Public Treaty MX vowed never to attack TX again. Each side had to release their prisoners.

Treaty of Velasco Secret Treaty
MX would recognize TX as a free nation. MX and TX agreed the Rio Grande would be the border. MX later refuses to accept this treaty because Santa Anna was being held as a prisoner at the time.
