Online Login Page This is the log in page where you will be asked to enter your user name and password. If you have forgot your password you can use the ‘Forgot your password’ link. The online helpdesk telephone number is displayed at login, if any assistance is required.

Creating a new profile

This is the page you will see when you log on.
To access the area which will allow you to create or edit a profile click on Administration of User Profiles.

This is the page you will be directed back to when you add a profile.
You will be able to select to create or edit a profile.

If you have selected ‘Create New User’ you will be taken to this screen where you will be asked to enter all information marked with an asterix. Once all mandatory information is compete click on ‘Continue’.

The following page will require all fields marked with an asterix to be completed.
Click on 'create user profile and save data. This completes profile creation.

Editing a profile

You can select how you would like your results to be displayed using the ‘Sort the list by’ option.
If you have selected ‘Edit User Data’ you will be taken to this screen where you will first of all search for the profile you wish to edit. You can enter information in either of the search fields.

You also have the option on this page to remove a profile from the system e.g if the user is no longer with your company. You will then be shown a list of users that match your search criteria. To edit the profile click on the ‘Edit’ option next to the name of the user.

From this page you can add additional information to the users profile e.g. frequent traveller and APIS information. Click on ‘Edit and Store Your Personal Data’ to be able to update the users contact details and custom fields.

Any company specific custom fields may be displayed in this area.
You can now update any information and once done click on ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.

Resetting Passwords

The ‘Administration of User Profiles’ will show under the Management drop down
To reset a user’s password click on ‘Administration of User Profiles.

You can also use the edit options to check if someone already has a profile on the system.
Then click on ‘Edit User Access Rights.

Remember to enter a number in the password e.g. travel1.
First of all search for the profile you wish to edit. You can enter information in either of the search fields.

You will then be shown a list of users that match your search criteria. To select who you are changing the password for click on the ‘Edit’ option next to the name of the user.

You will be asked to enter this twice for verification.
Enter the new password.
