Company endorsed program led to increased enrollment in Advanced Manufacturing program Panasonic financial investment into increasing TMCC’s program capacity TMCC was hire to train at Panasonic new hire orientations We are all working together like one organization Panasonic’s public endorsement of TMCC doubled program enrollment in the first month and let to increased public interest in manufacturing. Panasonic purchased 70 textbooks and online course seats to expand TMCC’s program capacity ($7,500) and $4,000 worth of tools TMCC’s staff works as an extended member of the recruiting and training team TMCC Pennington Applied Technology Center 475 Edison Way, Reno, NV 89502

3 Partnership Results Increased number of hires at M2 Operator level
Over 800 New hires as a result of TMCC hiring events TMCC is assisting them with new hire training and developing internal training Looking at a plan for incumbent worker training and higher level of training TMCC’s facility used for hiring events and occasional office space for recruiting team. 11 Class Format Each class is 0.5 credits. This is called a module.
For each module, there are 3 steps Online reading and assignments Quiz Hands-on lab After completing the 3 steps, you can move on to the next module
