5. Payroll Spreadsheet and Dept Chair Signoff
Beginning this semester: Departments will submit 2 documents –
The ADJ/OL payroll spreadsheet in Excel format
The ADJ/OL payroll spreadsheet in .pdf format with department chair signature and date
AVP signoff if department chair overload

6. Corrections
If schedule correction, make correction in scheduled course and then re-run the report
Do NOT remove columns. If you hide them, unhide before submission.
Highlight in YELLOW all corrected fields
Including missing subfunds
Notes in 1st empty column to Right

7. ADJ/OL faculty Signoff
Testing this semester
Individual faculty will have a signoff window (3 day) starting with the day after drop/add
