Central staff – rolled out July 17th Talent Development – In development – will roll out January 2010 Group and one-on-one trainings with Area Administrators – * I-9 Process * AAF Training * Online Employment System * FMLA Training – Fall 2009 Leadership Series – We choose different days/times for sessions Insights Training – Team Building Annual Review Process Training offered to all employees once a year

Hosted two Work/Life Balance Leadership Series Sessions Flexible schedules are approved on a department level, but HR can help facilitate those conversations Please meet with any HR employee to get assistance with specific issues or for help understanding policies HR website has been updated to be more user-friendly
