15 MRSO Erroneous De Registrations Sites Energised without Registration
Process of cancelling these deregistrations now taking place Note apart from 4 cases with Independent Suppliers previously mentioned, a number of cases with PES were identified and these too are being cancelled. Sites Energised without Registration A small number of sites over 30 KVa have been energised without a registration Networks contacting customers advising them of need to sign up with a Supplier Control to be implemented to avoid a recurrence

16 MRSO Load Factor Correction Transmission Connected Sites
Over 900 this month and will be changed in coming weeks 650 with PES 280 with IS Note that last time, due to a problem with messages, 268 of the 301 messages did not issue. These are now issuing. Transmission Connected Sites ESBNG to provide import data for 4 sites One of these is outstanding for some time.

17 MRSO QH sites designated as NQH in SAP IS-U
Just under 1,000 remain outstanding from original programme and these will be changed in March and May In the coming weeks PDS will update the eligible list and draw up new programme of work. Will advise for next IGG Annual Verification of Data – per MPD 15 Currently drawing up proposals for annual verification. Once proposals developed they will be agreed with CER. Note also that PDS have problems with validating data for a small number of sites where data is provided by Grid and this is under review.

18 MRSO Re Aggregation 13 Month Issue
November ReAggregation CD to issue early next week. 13 Month Issue A Proposed Modification will be submitted to next meeting of Mods panel to get agreement on 13 months. MCR will also issue to IGG for agreement of IGG. To date no comments received back on materiality

19 MRSO Powersave Consumption Adjustments MPD 17
This Covers Revenue Protection and Meter/Time switch problems There is an ongoing process of manually calculating DUoS charges and advising/billing Suppliers MRSO are now reviewing all manual adjustments for 2005 and will provide figures to Settlement with copy to Suppliers This item will also be considered at next Mods Panel meeting Powersave Results of 9 Powersave events for half year up to December are being calculated and results will issue to Suppliers and ESBPG next week.

Delay in commencement of change over due to additional testing Start Date Monday 23rd January Two Working Days time lag so first change over will be based on the billing for Thursday 19th January List of sites to be changed will issue tomorrow to Suppliers based on a November 2005 listing Proposed draft letter to issue to customers sent to Independent Suppliers Start change over date to be last billing date plus one Suppliers will be advised of changes made on an ongoing basis
