1 Curricular Change – General Step 1
Make sure to include 5 digit registration number AKA program code AKA IRP Code. This is not the HEGIS code, and Not the Curricular code. For Example: is the code for the Sociology BA at Brooklyn College You can check your code at this website Online Submit to CUR as an action Item. Make clear what the regular program is by including 5 digit registration number Get Governance Approval Prepare a Request for Change in a Currently Registered Program Form, using the form as a guide. Make sure to include a side-by-side Comparison of the entire old and new Curriculum (from/to). If applicable, include appropriate curricular or faculty information from the following Curricular Include syllabi for new courses and catalog description of old courses Faculty SED Form Plus applicable CV’s (max of 2 pages) Mail, in duplicate, to the Director of Program Review, Articulation and Transfer with CUR Month and Item Number

Receive CUR approval by Director of Program Review, Articulation and Transfer Presented to Full Board For Approval As part of the CUR Action item, forms, and official letter signed by EVC are sent to SED for Required Registration Action Follow up or additional questions may be asked Approval and Registration Registration letter received from SED
