How to Edit GIS Maps using Layers

3 How to Edit GIS Map Services
The ICAO GIS Web site includes a password protected page for those users who have the right to edit GIS maps Browse and select Edit Secure ICAO GIS Services Enter your ICAO portal username password NOTE: Need Permissions to edit map layers Contact Select and open the map to edit

4 Example: edit layer Map LPR

5 Start at http://GIS.ICAO.INT

6 Log in: ICAO Portal username, password
Assuming permissions to edit map layers Enter your ICAO Portal username, password Else, contact Click OK

7 Select Edit ICAO LPR Map

8 Click on State Name to Edit Attributes
Example: Edit ANDORRA… Confirm ANDORRA

9 Edit or Change Fields Set Compliance Status Select Date Received
Enter Implemented by Link to PDF Choose OK to save

10 Edit or Change Fields Link to PDF
Use to attach record of change Click Show Attachments to view change requests

11 Click to Choose File Attachment
Show Attributes returns to Edit Pop Up

21 Final Note: Layer Colors
Once you edit and save the STATUS of compliance, the color layer will change according to the Legend for that Map
