Developed by the ad hoc working group on Expert Group Terms of Reference (EGTOR): Established by the Committee of Senior Representatives (CSR) during its 24th meeting in Brussels on April 2015 Chaired by Estonia, members: Germany, Norway, Russia, Sweden Generic Terms of Reference for Expert Groups presented to and approved by the CSR during its 25th meeting in Stockholm on October 2015 Provide a simple, coherent and unified template for all current and future expert groups for their individual terms of reference
