By the end of Clusters, teachers will complete pink/blue forms to display understanding of each students learning. TAP Connection: TKS teacher practices display understanding of each student anticipated learning/difficulties

Circle Proficiency Label *Cut scores vary across grades and subjects at different times of year Circle DIBELS Risk Level *Intensive, Strategic, Benchmark Circle Overall Performance Level *Low, Low Ave, Ave, High Ave, High, Gifted *If Gifted is circled please indicate type below *Definition of Cut Scores from Galileo- percentile ranks aligned to the cut scores for Minimally Proficient, Proficient, etc. vary across grades and subjects and across different time periods throughout the year. They are not fixed, so although there is a one-to-one correspondence between a particular percentile rank and a particular performance level for a given assessment, this same correspondence will not apply for all assessments
