Inaccessible websites or web content in any KCC website (including online courses) is a violation of federal disability laws In addition to the college’s website, there are other public-facing technologies that will need to be assessed. Although KCC’s Moodle learning management system is compliant, there are additional customizable items typically uploaded by users such as documents, images, and videos that must be accessible.
