Growing the Pipeline Fostering Relationships in Higher Education To make the biggest impact on our professions, it is critical that we all work together, and that we engage younger audiences, including students and new professionals. Young Professionals Working Group recently presented to the board, and we have encouraged them to evaluate scaling a mentoring program.
