How to Create an Account On the Home page, locate the Customer Login box Click on the Click Here link, next to Need an Account? 3

How to Create an Account contd Enter the requested information in the New Customers section on the right side of the page When you are finished, click Continue Please note: Now that you are registered, you can log into your account from the CaterTrax home page using your last name and password. 4

How to Make a Selection After creating or logging into your account, you will be brought to your My Account page To begin the ordering process, click on Create New Order 5

How to Make a Selection contd You will immediately be brought to the online menu Select a menu category, for example, Morning Start 6

How to Make a Selection contd After selecting a menu category, scroll down the page to view all the meal options When you have found the option you want to order, click on View Details 7

How to Make a Selection contd On this page, please enter the number of expected guests at your RHQ event If applicable, select available options Please enter any special instructions in the Special Instructions box 8 When you are finished, click Order

How to Confirm an Order Step 1: After you select your menu, you will be brought to Step 1 of the check-out process. Review your order and make sure everything is correct. – If it is, click Continue 9 – If you need to change your order, either click on Add More or simply click on one of the category buttons.

How to Confirm an Order contd Step 2: Select the date for your event – Any dates highlighted in red indicate the date is unavailable and that catering services cannot be confirmed FLIK International requires at least a one day notice on catering needs – Any dates highlighted in yellow indicate you will need to contact FLIK International at FoodService.Manager@toysrus.com to confirm your order, but you will be able to place your order FoodService.Manager@toysrus.com 10

How to Confirm an Order contd Step 2 contd: Once an available date has been selected, select enter your Delivery / Pick- up Method and fill in the required information When you are finished, click Continue 11

How to Confirm an Order contd Step 3: Review your order to make sure everything is correct – If you need to make any changes, click on Step 1 or Step 2 at the top of the page If changes are not necessary, click Continue>> 12

How to Confirm an Order contd Step 4: Select your method for payment and fill in the requested information When you are finished, click Process This Order 13 Please note: A copy of your invoice will appear on the screen, which you can print. You will also receive a copy of the invoice in your e-mail.

How to Confirm an Order contd After your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail that contains details of your order and instructions on how to finalize it Click on Confirm Order at the top of the e-mail There are also links to: – Request changes – Print your invoice 14

How to Request Changes to Your Order There are 2 ways to request changes to your order: – Method 1 Click the Request Changes link in your confirmation e-mail – Method 2 Log into your CaterTrax account Click Manage Orders Click Track Order Both methods will bring you to the Change/Update Request Form. After making the necessary changes, click Send Change/Update Request. – The Catering Department will contact you via e-mail to confirm changes to your order. 15
