2 What is it? Pronoun case is deciding whether a subject or object pronoun should be used. There are 7 subject and 7 object pronouns

3 Subject Pronouns They can ONLY be used as the subject of the sentence
He, She, They, We, I, You, & It He went to the mall. She went to the mall.

4 Object Pronouns Object pronouns can only be used as direct objects, indirect objects and objects of the preposition Direct Object: Indirect Object: Tim read the book. What or who? Tim gave his family a lot of money. Indirect Object ^ ^ Direct Object

5 Object Pronouns Cont. Him, Her, Me, Us, Them, You and It
Give the money to her. I gave it to my dad. I gave her the bag of money. Object of the Preposition Direct Object Indirect Object
