Definition of Judging “Judging is to form an opinion about somebody/something, based on the information you have” (the Oxford Learner’s Dictionaries). Good judgment-Bad judgment. “Bad judgments are meant to feed our own personal ego and put others down, which is not the healthiest thing to do” (Divvani Rattanpal).

Reasons of Judging We do not know others well yet.
We cannot identify with a person’s belief or value. People somehow threaten how we perceive ourselves.

Solution “When you judge others, you do not define them; you define yourself.” Love yourself. Important things for important people.
