3. My Topic
My topic is paragliding. This extreme sport can be practice in the air. It looks like parachute but it's more like Hang Gilding.

4. Why I chose it?
I chose paragliding because my dream is to do it in norvega with skis. Since i was a little kid, I always wanted to see the ground from the sky like a bird.

5. The equipment
First, you need the paraglider. You will also need a harnest and a emergency reserve system (parachute). The helmet is primary required for your own safety. You need a meter radio & a radio harness. The stirrup/ speed bar. 

6. Where?
You can do paragliding almost everywhere as long if there's a mountain. The most popular place to do it is in the Hautes Alpes in France.

7. The phases
Paragliding is an extreme and difficult sport. It needs a lot of practice. In paragliding there's five phase. 1- Choose an instructor 2- Take a lesson 3- Talk with pilots 4- Buy your own equipment 5- Learn about the weather
