To insert an image, double click on the icon in the image area and browse to your images.
Select an appropriate image for your slide and layout. Click on insert to add into the slide.

To promote or demote the size of the bullet, go to > View > Formatting Palette > Bullets and Numbering.
Click on the promote and demote buttons to tab in or out and alter the size of the bullet.
