1 iSocial: improving Social-emotional Outcomes through Complementary Infrastructure development and Leadership

2 The NH State Systemic Improvement Plan, iSocial, supports local school districts to identify local needs and build infrastructure to implement evidence-based practices with preschool children with disabilities.

3 State-identified Measurable Result (SiMR)
Preschool children with disabilities in the identified subset of districts will substantially increase their rate of growth in the area of improved social-emotional skills (including social relationships) by the time they turned six years of age or exit the program

4 Implementation 14 districts (1 SAU with 7 districts and 7 single districts) have: A Process Coach (District Liaison). Completed Data and Infrastructure Analysis. Chosen evidence-based practice (all chose Pyramid Model). An Action Plan that addresses infrastructure development to support the implementation and sustainability of the evidence-based practice.
