3 Every Rotarian Every Year Action Plan
Appoint EREY Chair to your Rotary Foundation Committee Annual Fund Chair Set your Goals in My Rotary Outline your Club Foundation giving Plan Annual contribution of US$100 per member or $3 per week collected from members Foundation Month (November) Every Rotarian Every Year recognition.

4 Rotary Club Foundation Committee Chair Job Description
Work with President elect to select and prepare your committee Create subcommittees as needed Set Committee goals Promote Foundation grants and activities to Club members Inspire club members to personally give to the Foundation Attend grants management seminar Conduct inspirational Foundation focused programs at least four times a year November is Foundation Month Rotary Peace Centres World Polio Day.

5 Foundation Chair – Your Committee
As Chair you will delegate tasks and determine how best to use skills and interests of committee members Informing them of the committees ongoing activities and goals Pairing new members with more experienced ones Encouraging them to communicate with counterparts in other Clubs Notify them of District activities and meetings Share resources.

Setting Goals Number of Centurion members Club contribution to Annual Fund Club contribution to Polio Paul Harris Society member District Grant Global Grant Foundation Seminar

7 Foundation Chair – Your Committee
Action Plan Work with your committee to develop an action plan , or series of smaller goals or steps needed to achieve each goal. Set a deadline Determine who is responsible for implementing it Decide how you will measure progress and success Consider which resources you have and get the ones you need
