Objective to improve the business environment by correcting/addressing the sources of land market and local government failures in dealing with the private sector and by geographically opening the region to trade. Regional and local economic development strategic planning for private sector development. (Link to Mine Closure Land Reclamation). Business Environment Facility for Area Infrastructure Rehabilitation and Expansion Investment Promotion Facility
