2. 5 Little Men in a Flying Saucer
Click to make the flying saucer appear.
Click to make a Little Man appear, then click again to make the associated numeral appear. Continue, discussing how many, predicting how many more, looking at the numerals, etc., until all five Little Men and their numerals have appeared.
Start singing the song:
Five little men in a flying saucer
Flew ‘round the world one day
They looked left and right (click to make little man wiggle)
But they didn’t like the sight
So one man flew away (click to make little man fly away)
Discuss how many little men are left and continue singing as above.
When all little men have disappeared, click again to make the numeral 0 appear, then click again to make it disappear, and click once again to make the spaceship fly away.
