1. The River Fishing Lodge

2. Situated on the banks of the Zambezi River and with lovely views of the Redcliff Mountains, the River Lodge is set in 130 hectares of land.

3. The lodge
The lodge consists of two stone chalets accommodating a maximum of eight guests. The chalets are discreetly located along the river bank, in the shade of very large trees and other indigenous trees. The chalets have been beautifully furnished to create a luxurious yet homely atmosphere. They are spacious and comfortable and each has 2 twin-bedded bedrooms with en-suite tiled bathrooms.

10. Facilities
The central dining room and bar are positioned to give guests a spectacular view of the famous Redcliff's with the Zambezi River flowing in the foreground. A viewing deck overlooks the river, from where game can be seen coming down to drink. Self-Catering Unit/ Managers House. Kitchen. 2 X Bedroom with three beds each, one en-suite.

14. The Camp Site is situated along a scenic stretch of the Zambezi River, with various designated areas to set up camp. Basic amenities include flush toilets, hot and cold water bush shower and a washing up area. No electricity is available. 5 X Workers quarters – washing facilities Generator cum fuel storage shed John Deere plant 25 kva power plant Boat house, the boats on the premises are exclude in the sale price but are negotiable. Slipway near boathouse Deck on river overlooking Red cliffs amphitheatre with braai area.

21. Viewing Arrangements
