Narrow Road Fitness “Small is the gate and narrow is the road that leads to life” – Matthew 7:14 With a husband in the Army, and a job I left to be a stay-at-home mom, I was desperately seeking connection with God and with others. Fitness was always a hobby. I worked at several gyms, but never felt as connected as I did teaching for fun at church. After several years, I have seen simple concept of fitness classes at church change many lives for the better (including mine!) To God be the glory! Narrow Road Fitness is now my passion. Proven benefits include: Growing in faith and relationship with God Growing healthy relationships with others Growing healthy relationships with food and fitness Now it’s time to share it with you! Narrow Road Fitness “Small is the gate and narrow is the road that leads to life” – Matthew 7:14 The Basics: It is a blessing we live in a time of abundant food. Many of us live in a chronic diet culture – always feeling guilt or shame – labeling food as “good” or “bad”. The truth is that food is food. Our abundance is a blessing, and we simply need to learn to navigate it. At Narrow Road Fitness, we teach how to separate fact from fiction when it comes to media and marketing in our 6 week group study called Plans to Prosper. After all, you can’t out-exercise a poor diet. Not only does our group study help navigate the media and marketing pitfalls of food and fitness, we also provide an opportunity to learn from each other, share recipes and tips, and simply encourage and support one another. After all, most of us know HOW to be healthy, we just have trouble sticking to it. Title of the book Title of the book

Narrow Road Fitness “Small is the gate and narrow is the road that leads to life” – Matthew 7:14 Our fitness classes are written for you to teach them at your location. We train you so the program is completely yours. Each workout begins with a theme (Forgiveness, Gratitude, Patience, etc.) with a corresponding Bible verse. We have a non-choreographed (no dancing) warm up, workout, and cool down. Then we spend a few moments in prayer or meditation at the end of each class. Like food, we are blessed to have technology that allows for us to be sedentary. We don’t need to feel guilty, and we don’t need to over-exercise. We simply need to move regularly. There is no better place to hold each other accountable than at church! (AND it brings people into church other than just on Sunday morning!) It is fitness that goes way beyond just exercise. It benefits the mind, body, and spirit!

Statement of Faith: Hello! I, Jill McKay, creator of Narrow Road Fitness, currently attend Grace Bible Chapel, a non-denominational church in Rising Sun, MD.I believe that there is one God who exists in 3 persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. I believe that God Himself came to Earth in human flesh as Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the only Son of God, fully God and fully man, existing eternally with the Father and Holy Spirit. I believe that Jesus lived a sinless life in perfect obedience to God. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sin for our salvation. He rose bodily from the dead and ascended into heaven, where He now intercedes on behalf of all believers. I believe anyone may receive God's free gift of salvation, then turn from sin and trust that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and acknowledge that His death and resurrection are the only means to deliver us from judgment. I also believe that at a time known only to the Father, Christ will return bodily to gather and glorify all who have believed in Him, to judge the living and the dead, and to establish His rule over all creation. I believe that physical health must start on the inside of the body - with a healthy relationship with Jesus. I believe true health is when The Holy Spirit dwells within us, and we move better and feel better so that we can be more involved, active, and engaged in the lives of our family, friends, and community. God designed us to help one another. We have a body, but we are also God's body. Our body is where the Holy Spirit resides. We are His church. Fitness should have purpose beyond vanity. That is why Narrow Road Fitness was created. Matthew 7:14 "Small is the gate and narrow is the road that leads to life. "If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I am a real person. I will reply as soon as I possibly can. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Please send me an at I am a real person. I would be happy to set up a phone call to discuss this with you further! NarrowRoadFitness.com

Addressing Leadership
When sharing Narrow Road Fitness at your location, the first step is approaching your church leadership. (If you are a church leader, you can bypass this step!) Narrow Road Fitness provides: A valuable service to the community An opportunity for church members to connect and build relationships An opportunity to grow a healthy relationship with food and fitness while staying rooted in scripture An opportunity to invite people to church (they just may come back again Sunday and begin a new relationship with Jesus!) An opportunity to be seen as a leader in the community An opportunity to generate income which may be given to the church or your favorite charity NarrowRoadFitness.com

Finances of Narrow Road Fitness
When a church or organization purchases the Narrow Road Fitness program, it is licensed for one (1) year of use. With that license, the participating church will be listed as a host facility on the NarrowRoadFitness.com website. This will help people find you. A church or organization may share the instructional video with as many people as they wish to run the ministry. This means you may have as many fitness instructors using our curriculum as you wish at one location! If a church or organization runs 1 class per day and hosts classes 2 to 3 days a week with about participants per class, hosting classes in 8 week sessions (so instructors get a break), 4 sessions per year (summer, fall, winter, spring) then this program can easily pay for itself based on a few dollars donation from each participant. You may even find that our program generates a profit for the church, the instructors, or your favorite charity. Narrow Road Fitness provides a much-needed service. It also can pay for itself based purely on donations. For roughly the cost of a single annual gym membership, you can support your entire community! NarrowRoadFitness.com

Narrow Road Fitness “Small is the gate and narrow is the road that leads to life” – Matthew 7:14 Our churches and Christian organizations provide plenty of support for 5 of the 6 areas of wellness. (Spiritual, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, and Occupational – which I call “Purpose”) We have a huge need for Physical Wellness. Narrow Road Fitness provides the tools to meet this need!
