Welcome to the Kaizen Facilitation Workshop for project leaders.
Let’s share from each other and learn more about best practices and continuous improvement techniques.
We’ll focus on a rapid improvement event methodology known as ‘Kaizen’ (Good Change).

2. Safety Contact Safety in the room
Please keep your immediate area clear and clutter free
Watch out for trip hazards especially flip chart legs
Keep briefcases and other objects, especially power cords out of aisles
Know emergency exit locations and rally point
Any additional safety precautions?
Be prepared. Be safe.

3. Purpose of this Event To provide you with the methodology to:
Gain insight into your current processes
Identify improvement opportunities
Make an improvement
Implement a strategy to maintain the gain
PURPOSE: Manage a process improvement project.

4. Agenda and Expectations
3 days of intensive activities: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Working Lunch and Breaks provided each day
Listen as a ally – ask: “How can I apply these concepts to my project?”
Turn off or silence cell phones
Try to stay on time.
