Hebrews 12:1-3 (RSV)

22. Minister: Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, People: Let us lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely,

23. Minister: Let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, People: Looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith,
