View sentencing information without double clicking into the charge detail by using the Sentencing Button on case screen

13 Do not enter sentencing Information using this button – As it does not trigger necessary events/actions to properly dispose charges or close the case

Open the charge detail Click Edit Disposition Click “Delete” in the Charge disposition Edit pop up Deleted disposition goes into Disposition History Delete sentencing information in each field Delete sentence date Click update Repeat for each charge Status will change to OPEN
