WorkSpace iQ runs in a Windows virtual machine on Microsoft Azure, holding data in clustered SQL Servers. Application usage information is delivered to WorkSpace iQ from agents deployed on-premises. This information is matched with extensive data about the device and user. The web-based interface enables clear views for the end user and rapid insight into the required analytics.
