Lifestyle Factors – are repeated behaviors related to the way a person lives, which help determine his/her level of health. What healthy habits do you practice everyday?

1) Get between 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
Reduces STRESS! Lowers BP Recharges your batteries Increases immune function Rest = Better Mood Enhanced Memory

2) Eat 3 meals a day at regular times.
Refueling the body Maintaining energy throughout the entire day

3) Eat breakfast daily. Refuel - after 6+ hrs. of rest
Gets your metabolism started Increases alertness Increases productivity Increases cognition and memory Weight control Decreases your chance for disease

4) Abstain from smoking. Will not become addicted
Lowers the risk of lung cancer, other cancers, heart attack, stroke, and chronic lung diseases such as emphysema and chronic bronchitis.
