10 Which Company is the Best Fit?
Conclusion Which Company is the Best Fit? As we think about our vision of the program, we believe this program can position Finance for continued growth by developing talent throughout the organization and providing a pathway for career growth. Our focus going forward will be first to look internally within the Finance organization as opposed to external candidates. This includes not only FDP’s but also our existing employee base. As we develop the expanded program, we will align the goals with the Strategic Drivers, Core Values and Leadership Core competencies. As FDP’s transition throughout the various Cardinal business they will also be able to transfer ideas and business knowledge of their past rotations. This will help create synergies throughout Cardinal.
