Introduction to Online Ordering

Log in to OK Choice The web address for OK Choice is www.oksupplyco.com/loginwww.oksupplyco.com/login Enter your User Name and Password, click Login.

Shipping Location Choose the appropriate ship-to from the list. If there is no list, then there is only one address available for your account.

Changing Shipping Locations If you have more than one shipping location available to you, and you want to change shipping locations, click the Change Ship-to link. Select the new shipping location from the list.

Welcome Screen Click on any of the navigation links to get started.

Shopping Lists Users have an Order Guide available to them under the Shopping List section. To access it, click on your account name under the Shopping List heading.

Shopping Lists – cont Enter the quantity of the items you want to order and then click the Add to Cart button. To remove an item from a list, click the box to the right of the item and click the remove button. Be sure to Add to Cart before advancing to the next page.

Creating a Shopping List Users can also create their own shopping list. To create a shopping list, find the items by using the Search and/or Browse features and click the item to display the product detail page. Click the down arrow next to Add Existing/New Shopping List and choose a new list or add to a current list.

Line Item Add You can quickly add a product to the shopping cart if you know the item number by using the Line Item Add feature. Simply enter item number, quantity and unit of measure. Click the Add to Cart button.

Searching Click the Search link at the top of the page. Enter the search criteria, click the Submit button. For tips on searching, click the Search Tips link.

Searching Click the item number link to display the details of that item or enter the quantity to purchase and click the Add to Cart button at the bottom.

If the Qty Available is 0, then click on the Qty by Whse Link and a window will pop up that gives Qty that is in each warehouse. If it is not in your warehouse and you still wish to order it, leave it on your order and the item will be transferred to your warehouse. Warehouse Quantity

Product Detail Page Enter quantity and click the Add to Cart button.

Browse Click the Browse link at the top of the page. Click a product category.

Order Pad Another way to order is to click the Order Pad link at the top of the page. Enter the item numbers, quantity and unit of measure of the products you wish to order. Click the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the page.

Shopping Cart Click the View link at the top right of the page. Review the order and make any corrections (click Update Cart when finished making corrections). Click the Proceed to Checkout button to finish the order.

If you want to save an order to submit later, click on the Save/Exit link. This is especially helpful if you need to get a PO number and want to return to the order later to enter it before submitting. Saving an Order

Saved Orders The next time you login, you will see a Saved Orders link at the top. Click on it and then click on the order you wish to view. You can then edit the order as you need to or submit it.

Checkout – Submit Order Enter the required information (*) and review the order. If you need to change the ship-to, click the Change Ship- to link. Click the Submit Order button.

Additional Features - MSDS If a product has a Material Safety Data Sheet, it will be available as an Adobe Acrobat document on the product detail page. First complete a Search or Browse to find the item with the MSDS. Click on the product link to access the product detail page.

Additional Features – Edit Account Click the Edit Account link under the My Account section on the right. You can change your password and password recall question here. Click the Update button.

Additional Features – Order History You can view Order History by clicking the link under My Account on the right. Enter the time period you wish to view and click the Submit button. The list will show a history of all the items you have purchased during the time period selected. The list is filtered by ship-to location.

Additional Features – Order History cont. Click the item number link to view a detail month-by- month history of that item. You can also click the Previous Year button to see last years figures.

Additional Features – Review Orders To review current orders and orders in history, select the end date for review and click the Submit button. The start date is always 15 days prior to the end date. Click the order number link to view the order.
