3. Salient Features of Training
Curriculum based on what the trainees are expected to teach
Key lectures by specialists ( blackboard based)
Relate theoretical concepts to standard/newly designed experiments
Make every trainee conduct experiments and monitor
[ eg., High School (10 days): Science - about 50 experiments each in P,C and B
and Mathematics - 6 Assignments 240 Problems]
Inculcate the spirit of recording observations and reporting honestly
Identify the weaker ones/ clarify their doubts
Assess the impact of training and acknowledge their attainment
