Process Swimlane Large number of applicants being passed straight through to interview stage results in numerous unqualified candidates which leads to inefficient use of resources ! identify and deploy candidate selection This slide illustrates a poor process – even though the first process is mapped properly, only having face to face interviews will clog the system with poor candidates.
