Appointment Review Committee (ARC)
Upon hiring a tenure-track faculty member, the College convenes an Appointment Review Committee or ARC. The ARC engages in a rigorous 360-degree assessment of tenure-track faculty. The formation of the ARC and the tenure review process are governed by Washington State law and by the faculty collective bargaining agreement.

ARC Reports SHORT REPORTS: 1st quarter – report 1
4th quarter – report 3 7th quarter –report 5 LONG/COMPREHENSIVE REPORTS: 2nd quarter – report 2 5th quarter – report 4 8th quarter – report 6 It is the ARC Chair’s responsibility to get the reports in on time.
