We have performed near-field scanning photocurrent microscopy technique on ZnO
nanowire Schottky diodes, and a carrier diffusion length of ~ 1.3µm was extracted.

We have identified an impurity vibrational mode due to interstitial nitrogen
Molecules in ZnO nanowires using Raman scattering spectroscopy.
