1. Reports on Action Plans
Each team/program gets 4-5 minutes to present their action plan
Everyone else gets 2 minutes to write 2 responses on color-coded sticky notes Please write one of each type of comment
Yellow = affirming, reinforcing comment
Other colors = suggestion or question (e.g., Have you considered....)
Please use sharpies to write
One response per sticky note
After each presentation, we will collect sticky note responses
After all presentations, teams will discuss responses and refine their implementation plan
