all dates provisional 2003 2003 2004 2004 2005 2006 Notifications Rules Forms Server Forms Store Circumstances & Personalisation Address Database Appointments - allows departments to send user’s notifications via the user’s chosen channel proof of concept built out by OeE R&D lab pilot with Norwich Hospital and Surrey Council defining functional specification for full tender central repository of business and calculation rules (eg. benefits) SoftLaw to be evaluated in OeE R&D lab core design with OeE R&D lab Forms server: A service that allows a portal or application to pick up a copy of the latest form and render it Forms store: a secure storage system used to store part completed forms holds personal information of the kind that has to be entered onto most government forms provides the personal info for use with other products, such as Rules controlled / updated by citizens - captures registered address for each service a user has enrolled for - allows users to roll up addresses and split them down as appropriate: the engine will notify the appropriate organisation of the change automatically - quick route to change of address for services enrolled for - allows a user to set up, change and cancel various appointments for Government services
