2. 1) Cut out the four strips with letters and remove waste paper from the printed amino acids

3. 2) Line up letters on the loop structures with the letters at the ends of the strings of amino acids

4. 3)Fan fold the page along the R-group positions

5. 4) Prepare to cut between each string of amino acids
