Bin Items April 27, 2006 Add FDUL as an option to become LSC. Facilities plus one of the following; FDUL, SPUL, GSUL. Budget developed specifically for FDUL and FACL for pre-season inspection of equipment. In addition to training, develop budget for consistent quality training for FDUL and FACL refresher training (specifically to include contract administration and technical training).

Bin Items April 27, 2006, cont. Identify qualified COTR’s from the CO list and request they be dispatched by NICC when requested by the IMT. Require COTR’s (from CO’s current list) as part of FDUL and FACL training cadre. Provide funding for a standardized sign kit to meet DOT regulations available from Caches.

Bin Items April 27, 2006, cont. Create a standardized supplemental food policy as it pertains to “All Risk” assignments. Forward to NWCG for approval. Create a permanent fulltime position to manage the non-aviation contract programs. Require proficiency training to include: recertification training for FDUL every two years and function in the position at least once every three years.

Other Items Discussed The need for light lunches incorporation into the food contract was discussed and tabled for the current contract. For specific needs, contact the CO for possible contract modifications.
