3. Overall Plan
All pupils have been given PLCs based on their November results.
Classes were reorganised so that pupils with the same focus are now together in the same group i.e. pupils who are aiming to improve to B grade, pupils that are aiming to achieve their C grade, etc.
The SOW has been revised for each class in response to our performance in the November exams.
There will be an expectation that pupils will work independently at home.
They are being given a past paper each week to focus on. Numeracy at the moment to build up those skills.
There will be WTMs around the time of the exams.

4. PLCs

5. Intervention
Those pupils who are yet to achieve a grade C in either paper are receiving intervention.
Those pupils who have achieved at least 1 C but are carrying on to achieve their 2nd C or improve to B grades have the opportunity to attend RAG.

6. Students working independently
We highly recommend students to be working independently in preparation for the exams. Without independent revision, you are less likely to reach your target.
Little and often is best!

14. WTM
Around the time of the exams we will be running Walking Talking Mocks with our classes.
This is the process of giving hints and tips on a question, letting the pupils have a go and then modelling the correct answer so they get immediate feedback.
We have found in the past that this has given pupils a lot of confidence in the days before their exams.
