These are the pipes that move water from above Grand Coulee Dam to a canal which flows into Banks Lake providing irrigation water for the Columbia Basin Project.

Transmission – New or Upgrades
Substation – New or Upgrades
Coordination with Bonneville Power Administration, the State and County is necessary.

Distribution –

New equipment installed?
Work can be completed by the utility with possible use of consultants and construction contractors.
