Preparation participants: workgroup in country (NSI and other stakeholders) to discuss:
Available data sources on fertiliser consumption, or the lack of such
A procedure to estimate and validate fertiliser consumption estimates at national and sub-national level
Presentation of outcome of these workgroups
Identify best practices and guidelines for setting up official national statistics, including quality control measures
Proposal for set-up of a farmer survey on fertilizer and manure use, management and application techniques
