We selected this project as sample of a Type 1 (familiar/similar) project.
This project qualifies as a Type 1 because B&V execute solar project on behalf of owner’s like making cookies, the owner and location changes but the specification and technology is replicated
The owner has elected to engage B&V on a EPC basis
The POC/EWP/CWP/IWP are created once and are updated and reused on future projects
Maximize value through repeating projects and repeatable business process. Predictible safety, quality, chang managemen, tcost and schedule. C. continuous improvement,
